Honey Cinnamon Goat Cheese Spread


Hi, everyone! Here is another super simple appetizer idea for you!

This spread is so incredibly yummy, rich, sweet & salty all at the same time 😊 It comes together very quickly and requires just a handful of ingredients! Hope you enjoy this one!

Honey Cinnamon Goat Cheese Spread (Serves: 12)

Ingredients

- 8 oz goat cheese

- 8 oz cream cheese

- 2 teaspoons cinnamon

- 3 tablespoons honey

- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

- 1 cup diced dried cranberries

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, beat goat cheese, cream cheese, cinnamon and honey until light and fluffy.

  2. Roll out plastic wrap on counter top. Place mixture in the middle. Wrap plastic wrap around cheese mixture.

  3. Begin rolling mixture until it forms a log about 12 inches in length. Try to make an even thickness throughout if you can!

  4. Place in the fridge to rest for 15 minutes.

  5. While cheese mixture chills, place chopped pecans and chopped cranberries on cutting board. Mix well.

  6. Take out cheese roll from the fridge and remove plastic wrap.

  7. Place cheese roll on the cutting board and begin rolling & pressing pecans and cranberries onto all the sides.

  8. Move cheese roll onto serving platter. Keep in the fridge until ready to serve. Serve with sliced apples, toasted crostini or crackers.
